Very modern, well kept rooms along with common room facilitis. Good quality breakfast. Quiet place to stay.
There is no bus service to city centre on Sundays. When I checked in, the reception person couldn't find my booking made online. There were vacancies anyway, so she just registered me as a walk in. If the place had been full, I might have been disappointed.

The best thing is very secure place.
I had a single en-suite room. The shower was so small even you can't rotate and use the soap properly. and all the water during shower comes into the room. In the kitchen I found the chicken had been placed in the fridge for a long time and smell very bad. It was my first time stay there.

I had a fantastic time and would stay here again. I really enjoyed the location – it was the best possible, close to the beautiful Botanic Gardens, and the Botanic train station.- A traditional restaurant offered local meals.- The service from the staff was perfect and helpful.- The rooms were cosy and absolutely fabulous.

Queens is a lovely district with lots of reasonably priced restaurants and bars around, also just a short hop into the centre. Although the Elms rooms are small they have the basics and WIFI. The complex itself is very secure and provides facilities such as a small supermarket, laundry, computer room and restaurant. All staff were very helpful and it was quiet for sleeping at night.

the location was the main reason, but the price came a close second. it is ideal for a 2 or 3 night leisure visit to belfast. having the use of the kitchen area enables you to keep costs down rather than eating out at night. breakfast was included and very nice.
no tv in the room would be an issue if you were in early evening.

Good security, cheap, clean, very safe accomodation. Close to Ulster museum which is free and well worth visiting also the botanical gardens.
Poor quality breakfast food. Shower inflexible
