It is university accommodation, good value for money. 20 mn walking to city centre, quiet, good breakfast. I was happy to stay here, and would stay again.
Nothing really. I´d recommend it, but any traveller needs to understand this is not a hotel. For instance there is no phone or tv in the rooms.
Cheap and silence. Facilities like kitchen sharing.
Very very poor reception. Though the environment was very relaxed but its was very noisy inside the building and it was really hard even to sleep at night.
Facilities are modern, well laid out and clean. Staff very helpful. Free internet connection in room. Very good value.
there was no place inside where you could but any soft drinksd
Good choice for value and amenities, cooking facilities excellent for when on a budget. Rooms good size, clean and have great study facilities, large desk and internet. Close to Queen's quarter.
Suitable for where I needed to go in belfast but for people who are visiting the city they are a ten to fifteen minute walk to great victoria street.
I used the facilities because I was taking an early morning ferry from Belfast Port and also on my return journey.
The only complaint I had was on the return stay the bed in the room allocated to me was already slept in. This was put right immediatly.
It was easy to get to the city centre from the location. It was about 30 mins to walk to the City Hall. There were many shops and places to eat within walking distance. All the basic things I required were supplied - towels, some toiletries, a kitchen with cutlery, cooking utensils, a microwave and an iron. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.
campus feel- felt like a student rather than a paying guest, also it is some 25 mins into the heart of Belfast and not 15 as described.
Near to my place of work (Queen's University)
I was very cold at night......not enough bed covers....rubber mattress on the bed....miserable!
The staff at the cafeteria were excellent as was the food.It was unfortunate that it was only bed and breakfast as outside locations for midday and evening meals were too far to bother about if you didn't have personal transport.
Really silence, clean , easy kitchen, safe , good bus service and internet in bedroom.
Not really near the centre ( no 15 minutes walk but more 30).
Cheap and good location. Very nice staff. Nice grounds and quiet. Free internet.
Couldn't move shower head. No tv in room (albeit free internet).
Bed for the night. Kitchen facilities if you want them. Man on reception (after 11pm) was very helpful. Free wired internet in room. (With own laptop etc)
Basic student accom. No tv in room, though wired internet. Shower was ok, but not very high pressure. No parking on the campus so had to park near reception and walk in, which though not too far, was raining heavily so not so nice. Not sure if it was worth 36£ though, as next night got a ramada room for 48£ in city centre. Not bad, but may be better value around.
The fact it was cheap and close to event I was going to
Very basic but comfortable, clean and convenient.
